RedRocks Closing in Arlington; Komi Vets to Open New Place

ADAMS MORGAN— Several veterans of D.C.'s critically-acclaimed Little Serow and Komi restaurants are at work on a new venture. Tail Up Goat will be a la carte and serve Mediterranean fare. [WCP]
