Sushiko is introducing an omakase menu particularly aimed at vegans. The tasting menu is $80 per person. The menu, which highlights both sushi and non-sushi Japanese dishes and ingredients, is available starting this Thursday, and requires 48 hours advanced notice to book. Like the restaurant's traditional omakase menus, it will be served at the sushi bar. The menu is below; take a look:
