The Little Beet is here.

The New York-based chain is opening its first location in D.C. today. It occupies the former Pei Wei space.

The chain specializes in gluten-free and seasonal foods like soups, salads, chicken bowls and veggie patties. They also have create-your-own plates with choices like salmon, quinoa and charred kale. The full menu is available now on their website.
