Bryan Voltaggio's multi-faceted Range in Chevy Chase has applied for a brewing permit. They'd like to brew enough beer to support the restaurant, plus growler fills. [WCP]

Laudree lack-of update

French macaron experts Laudree still are planning to open a D.C. location. But a spokesperson has no update on an opening date (though they may have more intel in the next month or so).
