Mattie McGhee OUT at Range, IN at The Watergate

Mattie McGhee has left his position as chef de cuisine at Range.

McGhee is moving on to a new gig at The Watergate Hotel, soon to reopen after a major revamp. He'll oversee all restaurant operations there.

Meanwhile, Jeremy Waybright, most recently of Boss Shepherds, will be manning the kitchen at Range in McGhee's place, according to Bryan Voltaggio.
