Thomas Harvey IN at The Partisan

The Partisan has a new chef in Thomas Harvey.

Harvey has worked at such restaurants as Palena and Casa Luca. He replaces Ed Witt at the meat-centric, Neighborhood Restaurant Group destination.

Witt has moved on to a new gig with a Kimpton restaurant outside the area, according toGoing Out Guide.
