ADAMS MORGAN—Justin Abad is stepping down from his managerial role at Cashion's Eats Place (he's still a partner). He'll remain at Pop's Sea Bar (which he hopes to expand to multiple locations) and also do some more consulting work. [Washingtonian]

ADAMS MORGAN— There's a new restaurant coming to the former Chief Ike's space. Borderstan reports it's an Italian restaurant called Villa Tuscana. [Borderstan]

DUPONT CIRCLE— The future is unclear for two divey Dupont Circle Bars, Recessions and Mackey's. The building's new owner may or may not leave them in place as it renovates the hotel on the same property. [WBJ]
