BETHESDA— The new PassionFish in Bethesda kicks off brunch this Saturday. Expect dishes like seafood crepes, eggs "Bar Harbor" and chicken and waffles. There are a la carte and two-course options. [EaterWire]

DAVID CHANG WIRE— David Chang is not happy about Starbucks' new bagel balls. He's calling them a Milk Bar ripoff (though Starbucks is using a third party vendor for them). [E]
