Che Ruddell-Tabisola plans to leave the DMV Food Truck Association at the end of March.
"Much has changed since we started. But the need to meet a flurry of challenges has not, or has the promises of the opportunities that loom larger. Thank your for your friendship and your trust. Serving as your Executive Director has been an honor and a gift," he said in his letter of resignation.
His last day will be March 31 (he will still give the keynote address at the group's annual convention). The organization plans to do a search to find someone to replace him, as well as hire individuals for two other positions.
Ruddell-Tabisola, who is also behind the BBQ Bus food truck, is still planning his next move.
