'Pupusa Mondays' Are Coming to Momofuku CCDC (Updated)

Are pupusas making their way to Momofuku? Looks like it may happen:

Eater reached out to the restaurant's rep for any details on the potential menu item; a spokeswoman acknowledged that "Pupusa Mondays" are in development but didn't have details to share. UPDATE: They're now aiming for a Monday launch, according to the rep.

Chang has been quoted both before and after the restaurant's opening about hoping to add the dish to the restaurant's eclectic menu. The Salvadoran speciality is prevalentthroughout both D.C. and the suburbs.
