Pastry chef Jennifer Costa has left Le Diplomate and is taking over the dessert menu temporarily at Beuchert's Saloon.
The restaurant announced on Twitter that Costa will be in the kitchen for a "dessert takeover" from Feb. 17-22. The chef will be highlighting such ingredients as chocolate, hazelnut, citrus and apples.
Le Diplomate has not yet lined up a replacement pastry chef, according to a spokeswoman.
