Elizabeth Parker is moving on from Rose's Luxury and will take a new position at Crane & Turtle.
Parker will serve as a front of house manager and will also oversee the restaraunt's wine and beverage program, as well as its social media.
"I'm really excited to take this next step in my career and look forward to learning from Paul Ruppert, Chef Makoto & the whole team," Parker said via email. "That being said, it was a hard decision to leave Rose's Luxury. I think it's a testament to Aaron & the management that they foster creativity & growth that then inspires their employees to push their careers forward. I look forward to doing the same at Crane & Turtle."
