Blue Duck Tavern has revamped its menu for winter, and the result is dishes like crispy pork head cheese and crab cakes in horseradish broth.

The changes come courtesy of chef Ryan LaRoche and pastry chef Naomi Gallego. Savory dishes lean heartier. The restaurant will also offer a rotating market dessert that changes frequently.
