Michael Symon Opens Cafe at Dulles Airport

Michael Symon, of Iron Chef fame, has opened a new outpost of his Bar Symon restaurant at D.C.'s Dulles International Airport. This is Bar Symon's second airport-only location (after Pittsburgh International Airport.) The first day was yesterday, Feb. 12.

D.C.'s Bar Symon is located in Terminal D, near Gate 16. The menu covers comfort food through sandwiches, burgers and a breakfast burrito — plus there's a stocked bar focused on regional craft beers.
