Caboose Brewing Company, the new brewery opening in Vienna, is now looking to open its doors by spring.
The brewery, which has been in the works for more than a year, plans to feature eight beers on draft when opening, as well as seasonal food and eventually, brunch. They're looking to provide a "small-town pub atmosphere," according to an email update from the company.
Chris Mallon, a veteran of Heavy Seas Beer, has been hired as head brewer. Brandon McDermott, most recently of Lincoln, will serve as executive chef.
