Dying for Yona to open in Ballston? The wait is getting shorter — kind of. Jonah Kim's Japanese noodle bar will pop up at Mike Isabella's G for all of March.
The a la carte menu will be available Wednesday-Saturday during the evening. G will still serve sandwiches during the day and its Sunday Gravy meals on Sunday.
Kim is planning to serve such dishes as a miso porky ramen, a tonkotsu shoyu tare ramen, veggie ramen, steamed buns, dry fried wings, Korean beef tartare and more. Dishes range from $9-$14. The event runs from 6-10 p.m. Here's a link to the full menu.
