Donburi Owner Goes into the Eclair Business

Their new company is G'Eclair.

From rice bowls to pastry — Donburi owner James Jang and his business partner Grace Owens-Stively have founded G'eclair, a new company devoted to the French dessert.

G'eclair has started as a pop-up business, hosting events at locations as Donburi and nearby frozen yogurt shop Spoon. The hope is to to set up a more permanent shop within Spoon, according to Express.
