Smokehouse Live Still on Track for Spring

The barbecue restaurant is opening in Leesburg.

Missy Frederick is the Cities Director for Eater.

Smokehouse Live, a barbecue restaurant and live music venue from veterans of Carmine's and Hill Country BBQ, is still on schedule for a spring 2015 opening.

Eater checked in with the restaurant's publicist after an Eater reader inquired about the project's status. The concept was announced last fall by the developer.

Smokehouse Live is aiming to open by May of this year. It will be operated by Pitmaster Hospitality and occupy more than 16,000 square feet of space at the Village at Leesburg development.
