Pastry Chef Fabrice Bendano IN at Le Diplomate

Fabrice Bendano is the new pastry chef at Le Diplomate in D.C.

Bendano worked for several years in D.C. at such restaurants as Adour and Citronelle (before that, he worked in Paris). Most recently, he worked as a consultant for Alain Ducasse's mIX in Las Vegas. He won the RAMMY award for Best Pastry Chef in 2012.

Bendano replaces Jennifer Costa, who left earlier this month.
