BLT Steak has a new beverage director.
Jochem Zijp is taking on the new role. Zijp's recent resume includes such places as Blue Duck Tavern, Osteria Morini and Range.
Zijp plans to work with small wine and liquor producers and continue BLT's barrel-aged cocktail program. BLT recently got a new chef as well, in Will Artley.
