Next up for the City Market at O development: Bacaro, a new wine bar.

The project is from chef Robert Gadsby, who will open Bacaro in a 1,210 square foot space in the Shaw development. The space has room for about 50 people and will offer wines by the glass and by the bottle. The mix will be about 80 percent wine offerings and 20 percent food, and Bacaro will aim to teach customers more about wine.

The project from Roadside Development is also the future home of Convivial, the next project from the Mintwood Place team. That restaurant is scheduled to arrive in early summer, according to Roadside; Bacaro will open in late summer.
