The Owner Of Jack Rose Is On A Buying Spree in Adams Morgan

Jack Rose Dining Saloon's owner Bill Thomas is buying up properties in Adams Morgan. The Washington Post Express reports Thomas purchased the buildings occupied by Dahlak and De Vinos liquor store. He didn't share much on what he's got planned for those buildings located right near Jack Rose — just that any transformation would take awhile.

But in the meantime, he sold Bourbon in Adams Morgan to the bar's general manager, James Woods. Expect a menu change at Bourbon to add more items and a light renovation.
