ATLAS DISTRICT—Here's what's replacing Pizza Parts & Service on H Street NE: a small plates place enigmatically called "Sally's Middle Name." Young & Hungry reports that the restaurant from chef Sam Adkins and his wife Aphra Adkins is set to open this summer, with American cuisine, a drink menu from Boundary Road beverage director Brenden Mulder-Rosi, and a market upstairs produced in partnership with Erik Bruner-Yang and his wife Seda Nak. DUPONT CIRCLE—Custom Fuel shut down its Dupont Circle outpost on Connecticut Avenue, telling PoPville: "Unfortunately, we found that this particular Custom Fuel did not fit the needs of the neighborhood so we’ve chosen to close up shop." [PoPville]

MANASSAS— BadWolf Brewing Company is opening a second, larger location at 8420 Kao Circle in June, Northern Virginia magazine reports. The plan is to offer food and host events in the taproom. [Northern Virginia]

NEW HIRES— Thomas Gregg is the new CEO of Capital Restaurant Concepts, the company behind classic D.C. restaurants like J.Paul's, Paolo's, Georgia Brown's and Old Glory. "My goal is to help grow this company back to its former glories and beyond," Gregg told the Washington Business Journal. [WBJ]
