Charlie Sheen was at Charlie Palmer Steak in D.C. yesterday generally being himself.
A tipster from the restaurant tells Eater that Sheen visited the Capitol Hill restaurant (along with his agent and a handful of security guards) to have lunch with his father, actor Martin Sheen (the reservation was in Martin's name). Throughout the lunch, the staff was asked to remove the silverware from the table because Charlie Sheen kept "banging it on things." So as a result, Sheen ate part of his meal (which was a grilled chicken salad) with his hands.
Sheen also drank three Glenlivit 25 Scotches and generally caught the attention of many of the diners (though the star was in the restaurant near the end of lunch service, so it wasn't super crowded).
It's been a busy week for Sheen, who also tried (unsuccessfully) to get Old Ebbitt Grill to stay open past closing time on Super Bowl night, according to Reliable Source.
