Anju Kicks Off the Year with Charred Beef Tongue

The monthly guest chef night returns Friday.

Industry guest chef night Anju returns to Mandu this Friday at 10 p.m. Leading the kitchen alongside Jonah Kim are chefs Haidar Karoum of Estadio and Mike Friedman of The Red Hen. Adam Bernbach of 2 Birds 1 Stone and Sebastian Zutant at The Red Hen will tend bar.

Some dishes on the menu include stuffed kimchi, charred beef tongue, curried beef short rib bao dumplings and blood sausage, oyster and smoked pork belly arancini. The event runs until 1 a.m.
