Here's a reason to get up early on the weekend. Red Apron will offer its tigelle breakfast sandwiches (popularized at the Penn Quarter location) at Union Market on Saturday and Sundays.

The sandwiches will be available from 9-11 a.m. on the weekends. Offerings include the Buenos Dias (with egg, chorizo, cheddar, pickled onion and sour cream), the Patriot (bacon or sausage, egg, cheddar, maple butter) and the Southern Comfort (tasso ham, egg, spicy pimento cheese). They're all $5.50.
