Founding Farmers Tysons, Souk Both Opening

Today's the day for Founding Farmers Tysons Corner, and a new bakery and market is set to arrive on Barracks Row tomorrow.

Founding Farmers

1) Tysons Corner: Founding Farmers Tysons opened this morning at 7 a.m. with breakfast. This is the largest of the Founding Farmers locations and it will offer full service breakfast, a grab & go breakfast program, lunch, dinner and weekend brunch. The restaurant is designed to look like a Virginia farmhouse and will serve a few Virginia-inspired menu items that will only be available at Founding Farmers Tysons. See the full menu here. 2) Capitol Hill: The Sweet Lobby's Winnette McIntosh Ambrose is opening a shop called Souk on Barracks Row that will sell spices, baked goods and grocery items. A Souk representative told Eater that Souk's soft-opening will happen tomorrow. Status: Soft-opening tomorrow, 705 8th St. SE; website.
