Baba's Dumplings is wrapping up its time at EatsPlace, and the next restaurant there comes from a well-known source for sustainable meat products.
EcoFriendly Foods' Beverly Eggleston is behind BevEggs Pork & Grits, the next restaurant hosting a pop-up at the incubator. They'll be making cured and smoked meats and a grits bar There will also be pastries an Dolcezza gelato.
The pop-up kicks off with a soft opening Friday. Regular hours start Sunday, and they'll be there through Feb. 22. Here's the menu:
