D.C. chef Robert Wiedmaier's latest project is in Baltimore. A new location of Mussel Bar 7 Grille opens its doors in Baltimore's Harbor East development today.
Expect a menu similar to the Arlington and Bethesda locations, with plenty of Belgian beers, half pots and full pots of mussels and frites, steak frites, whiskey and more. They also will have a raw bar with oysters, clams, lobster and more.
Robert Wiedmaier has taken Mussel Bar outside of the D.C. area before, opening one in Atlantic City (it later closed due to the casino's bankruptcy). The chef also has plans for multiple new restaurants in Maryland.
