The upcoming location of Granite City Food & Brewery at National Harbor is coming along nicely, according to National Harbor's Facebook page. They just posted photos of the construction on their page, as well as a video of a beer tank being lifted off a truck into the restaurant.

Granite City Food & Brewery's National Harbor will be the chain's first location on the East Coast, and it's slated to open in April, according to their website. The restaurant's CEO told Eater in July that they'll have 16 450-gallon tanks on site. Granite City's trademarked brewing method involves starting the process at their brewhouse in Iowa and finishing it onsite. National Harbor wrote on their Facebook page: "One of Granite City Food & Brewery's beer tanks coming off the truck. Brewmaster RJ is taking good care of them! If all goes right, he'll start brewing around March 26th!"
