Peter Chang is still looking to soft-open his newest restaurant Saturday afternoon in Arlington.
Spokeswoman Lydia Chang told Eater DC that plans are still on for the soft opening, at least for now. Peter Chang's restaurants are in the process of standardizing menus across all locations, she said, so expect similar offerings at each of the chef's outposts. That said, the Arlington location will offer about four special dishes that will change every two or three weeks.
Peter Chang is opening in the former Oriental Garden spot at 2503 N. Harrison St. He will also debut a Rockville location later this spring.
