It's a big day for Shaw food news. Washington City Paper reports the owners from The Red Hen and Boundary Stone will partner on a restaurant called All Purpose in Shaw.

The restaurant will specialize in pizza and be located at 1250 9th St. NW. Expect a late 2015 opening. There will also be charcuterie, some Italian entrees and bruschetta.

The news comes on the heels of Tiffany MacIsaac's announcement that she's opening Buttercream Bakeshop in the same building. MacIsaac will also help the restaurant with its pizza dough.
