Red Light has a new pastry chef in Alina Bothen.
The Fairfax native has worked at such restaurants as Poste and the former Potenza. Some of her new desserts include Nutella s'mores, a matcha green tea cake, indian rice fritters and quark cheesecake.
Red Light is also expanding the savory items on its menu, including a cured salmon, spring lamb stew and a new cheese board.
