Brookland's Finest Is Partnering With Sloppy Mama's For A Special Barbecue Menu

Starting tonight, Brookland's Finest is partnering up with Virginia barbecue company Sloppy Mama's for a week-long special menu. Sloppy Mama's Joe Neuman will bring his barbecue truck to the restaurant for entrees like pork ribs, beef brisket and pulled pork, while Brookland’s Finest chef Shannan Troncoso is going to make sides like spicy greens and cheesy grits. The full Brookland’s Finest menu will still be available this week as well, but check out their collaborative dinner menu below.
