DNV Has a Cocktail with a Campari Fruit Roll-up Moustache

Talk about a creative cocktail garnish — DNV's new cocktail features a Campari fruit roll-up shaped like a moustache.

The drink is a riff on a Boulevardier (bourbon, sweet vermouth, Campari) from bartender Matt Allred and can be found on the rooftop of the Donovan House hotel this spring. They're hosting a launch party on April 30 to celebrate the patio opening.

DNV also plans to serve brunch Saturdays and Sundays, starting March 28. They'll have classic brunch dishes like chicken and waffles, but with an Asian spin.
