Frank Ruta has been cooking at The Capella's The Grill Room for a few months now, and the menus have now completely transitioned to accommodate the former Palena chef's style. Find items like boudin blanc, Amish rabit en porchetta, veal breast and all. There's also a "Tonight's Proposed Menu" section for dinner, a tasting menu priced at $135.
Palena fans will be pleased to find a version of roast chicken on the dinner menu, as well as a burger on the lunch menu.
Here are the new Grill Room menus, which were just finalized. A spokeswoman says Aggie Chin's new dessert menu will be finalized in the next few days as well.
