Michelle Obama spent her Saturday night at Georgetown's buzzy Chez Billy Sud on 31st Street near the canal.
A tipster with knowledge of the visit tells Eater that the first lady dined with three other guests, including Kathleen Biden. Obama wore a black pantsuit to dinner and ordered a classic from the Hilton brothers' French bistro, steak frites.
The First Lady was also spotted at hot spot Rose's Luxury earlier in February.
