Opening Report: Old Town Pour House Open, City Lights of China Reopened

A new brewery and a refreshed Chinese restaurant.

1) GAITHERSBURG: Chicago's beer-centric Old Town Pour House debuts today in Gaithersburg. The restaurant offers dishes like hot dogs and crab cakes from executive chef Paul Katz. There are more than 90 beers available on tap, too, including many from local breweries. Status: Opening today. 212 Ellington Blvd.; website.

2) BETHESDA: City Lights of China has opened its doors again. A rep confirmed via phone that the Chinese restaurant is back in business. They closed back in December due to fire damage. Status: Certified re-open. 4953 Bethesda Ave.; website.
