Mitsitam Cafe, the restaurant within the Smithsonian Museum of the American Indian (a solid bet for dining near the National Mall), has released its spring menu.

New dishes from chef Jerome Grant include smoked lake trout, chocolate and adobo-marinated pork chop and an Indian taco made with fry bread. The cafe organizes its cuisine options by region.
