U STREET— Tico has a new spicy fried chicken dinner that will be available on Sundays after 5 p.m., starting March 15. The meal for $19.99 includes spicy fried chicken with fennel slaw;corn with smoked bacon, basil and jalapeno; mac and cheese with serrano ham; fries and hot sauces. Get a bucket of Coronitas for another $15. The chicken is spiced with the restaurant's homemade tico-rashi seasoning (a Latin play on togarashi, the Japanese spice). [EaterWire]
