Bardo has big plans for the riverfront.
The Northeast brewery and bar announced plans over the weekend to build a two-acre beer garden near Nats Stadium along the Southwest waterfront. Among its attributes: a 10,000 square foot space on two acres of property, the "biggest dog part in the city," flush toilets, stainless steel brewery tanks, outdoor movies, parking for up to 500 bikes, and activities like cornhole, a sandbox for kids, a kayak ramp and more.
They're trying to raise $200,000 on Indiegogo for the project, though they say they have enough funding already for a "bare bones set-up."
