Volt, Family Meal and Aggio chef Bryan Voltaggio has a new cookbook coming out in April.
Home: Recipes to Cook with Family and Friends, isbeing published by Little, Brown and Company and will debut April 7. As evidenced by the title, the cookbook's focus is home cooking and meals he makes for his family.
This is Voltaggio's first solo cookbook. He published VOLT: ink with his brother, Michael Voltaggio, back in 2011.
He'll be appearing at the Bethesda Barnes and Noble April 8 and the Frederick location April 18 to promote the book.
