Toki Memorial Dinner; Spies & Wines

ATLAS DISTRICT— Toki Underground's annual memorial Bel'le dinner for their late staff member Thang Le is scheduled for March 11. It's $50 for four courses, and a portion of proceeds go to To Write Love On Her Arms. Chefs Erik Bruner-Yang, Aaron Silverman of Rose's Luxury, and Jonathan Copeland of Ghibellina will collaborate on the event. Reservations are required. [EaterWire]

DUPONT CIRCLE— March 16 will be a good night to head to Boqueria. For its anniversary, the restaurant will offer all night happy hour, with specials on wine, tapas and more, starting at 3 p.m. [EaterWire]
