Stanton & Greene, the replacement restaurant for Pour House, opens tonight. They'll open with a limited menu, with a grand opening scheduled for Thursday.
The restaurant's menu ranges from potato croquettes to French dip sandwiches, with some nightly specials like a Tuesday lobster night. Here's a tour of the space, which was inspired by the 1930s and 40s.
Stanton & Greene comes from August Paro (Beuchert's Saloon) and Eli Hengst and Jared Rager (Sonoma). Paro headed up the restaurant's design.
