Four D.C. chefs are facing off against each other for Food & Wine's Poll for the People's Best New Chef Mid-Atlantic.
D.C. area chefs on the list include Mike Friedman (The Red Hen), Katsuya Fukushima (Daikaya), Marjorie Meek-Bradley (Ripple/Roofers Union), and Aaron Silverman (Rose's Luxury). There are also representatives from Richmond, Pittsburgh and Philadelphia.
That said, no D.C. chefs were among those Food & Wine recognized in its Best New Chefs 2015 editor's picks.
