The burger features an 8 oz patty (made with a custom blend of aged, naturally-raised chuck and brisket). The burger is topped with lettuce, tomato, onion and pickle, as well as a special house "AP" (all-purpose) sauce that combines mayo, ketchup, homemade barbecue sauce and chipotle sauce. Also on the burger: American cheese, Benton's bacon and a fried egg. The burger is char-griddled and served on a buttered and toasted homemade bun.
