ADAMS MORGAN— Roofers Union's roof is scheduled to open up tonight. The'y'll be serving up frozen cocktails (including a Pimm's Cup slushy) this year for $5, as well as seasonal punch bowls.

COLUMBIA HEIGHTS— Pho 14 is going to eventually have to move out of its location due to redevelopment of its building. [WBJ]
