1) PENN QUARTER: Local sandwich chain Jetties opens its Penn Quarter location today. This is the sixth location for the company. The first 100 customers will get free Nobadeer sandwiches today. 2) BETHESDA: Robert Wiedmaier's new Villain & Saint has its grand opening party tonight with live music (there will be bands all weekend long). The chef's latest Maryland project is inspired by San Francisco's music scene. The menu is "bohemian" and vegetarian-friendly, too.
