Members of Vida Fitness' rooftop pool clubs will now get swimming with a side of Spike Mendelsohn's food.
The chef is designing new menus for both locations of the fitness chain. Mendelsohn's running the program through his new catering company, Spike'd. Members will also be able to host private events in the space featuring the food. No specifics on the menu items were immediately revealed; a press release says to expect Mendelsohn's "own unique twist on his favorite poolside and beach snacks."
Both penthouse pools are scheduled to open May 1; the U Street location is wrapping up renovations.
