Olea Restaurant Has Closed in Alexandria

Mediterranean restaurant Olea has closed its doors in Old Town.

"Olea has enjoyed the privilege of being an outstanding Mediterranean and pizza dining establishment in Old Town over the past year," reads the restaurant's website. "With plans for the future, it is with a heavy heart that we announce Olea will be closing its doors."

No word yet on what will replace it, but a poster on Don Rockwell reports signage indicating a change of ownership.
